My stay at the hotel was a mix of great views and modern rooms but had some service issues. The rooms were of the standard you would expect for a Four Seasons and provided a beautiful beach view. The service was pleasant and professional, going above and beyond to ensure we got the promised upgrade. The location, especially by the beach, was exceptional and meticulously groomed, perfect for relaxation. The dining experience was fantastic at places like the pool bar and Dune; however, there were some issues in other areas. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvements for a more seamless experience.
Staying at the hotel was a delight. The rooms were of the standard you would expect for a Four Seasons, offering a beautiful view of the beach. The service was exceptional, with helpful and attentive staff. The location was top-notch, perfect for escaping and relaxing. The dining experience was impressive, especially the seared ahi salad by the pool. However, the buffet availability was limited, and the price slightly higher than expected.
